How to get to Charlie’s chocolate factory Bali
Charlie’s chocolate factory Bali can easily be reached by uber / taxi / scooter – Its down a little side lane off the main road – watch out for the sign it is quite small and can easily be missed!
If you go by scooter I recommend downloading the route to google maps first as there aren’t a lot of signs to help you find your way.
What to do there
Have a go on the giant swing. Check out the beautiful palm tree forrest just behind the little huts. Get your share of the free freshly made chocolate samples. Stroll along the black sand beaches.
Opening hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM. Charlie’s chocolate factory Bali is best visited before 11 am to escape the crowds.
You don’t need much time to explore the complex of Charlies chocolate factory as it is quite small. However there are beautiful beaches close by and the famous palm tree swing that this place is known for so I recommend at least an hour or two to explore!

Entry: Free Parking: 5k – 10k IDR about $1. I don’t recommend taking a taxi as they are well overpriced! Try getting an uber or renting a scooter from Candindase for no more than 60k / day.

There is just something magical about this place. Black sand beaches, swaying palm trees and the cute little wooden huts with round doors of Charlies chocolate factory make it look like something you would only find in a movie. Swinging over the ocean just adds to the special feeling of joy that instantly puts a smile on your face when first setting foot on this beautiful place.
